Chelsea is a suburb just outside of Port Elizabeth on the way to Seaview.
When you come out of PE on Buffelsfontein Road towards Seaview, just on the edge of town you turn right into Old Seaview Road. Wind up the hill, and on the way down on the other side you turn right again into Upper Seaview Road. Pine Village Estate is on your right just after Southern Hills.
Meals are not offered, but you can use the microwave, kettle (tea, coffee, sugar and milk available) and toaster to make simple meals.
The lounge has a TV that you can watch on your own.
It is very safe and extremely quiet - you can see the stars at night.
